2. Services Provided
Joe Coyle Fitness offers:

Group Fitness Training Sessions (1 hour) – €15
-
1-to-1 Personal Training Sessions (1 hour) – €30
Sessions are booked and paid for online via the website.
3. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be issued.
Joe Coyle Fitness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions where necessary. In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may result in loss of payment.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Consumer Cooling-Off Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.
However, by booking a fitness session scheduled to take place within 14 days of purchase, you expressly agree that:

The service will begin within the 14-day cancellation period; and
-
You waive your statutory right to cancel once the session has been delivered.
If a session has not yet taken place, cancellation rights remain subject to the policy outlined above.
6. Health Declaration & Personal Responsibility
By booking a session, you confirm that:

You are physically fit to participate in exercise activities;
-
You do not suffer from any medical condition that would prevent safe participation;

You have consulted a medical professional if required.
Clients participate at their own risk.
Joe Coyle Fitness strongly recommends seeking medical advice before starting any new fitness programme.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure safe training practices:

Participation in physical exercise carries inherent risk.

Joe Coyle Fitness shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training, except where caused by proven negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Irish law.
8. Code of Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully during sessions.
Joe Coyle Fitness reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate or unsafe behaviour.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with:

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
